Step 1: Turning Off Entire Catalogs
- Navigate to the left menu and expand the Product section.
- Scroll down to the Filter section and click on it.
- By default, all catalogs are enabled.
- To disable a catalog, check the box next to its name.
- Example: If you use only SNS, check the boxes for SanMar and AlphaBroder to turn them off.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- When creating a new quote, only the enabled catalogs will be available in the Catalog Filter section.
Step 2: Disabling Specific Brands
- Navigate to Product > Filters and click on the Brands tab.
- By default, all brands are enabled.
- Check the boxes next to the brands you want to disable.
- Example: If you don't sell Chef Designs or Hanes, check those brands to turn them off.
- Click Save to update your catalog.
- Your new quote tool will now display only the selected brands, reducing unnecessary options.
Step 3: Disabling Individual Products
- Navigate to Product Catalog (e.g., SNS, SanMar, etc.).
- Use the search filter to find a specific brand (e.g., type "Gildan").
- Locate the product you want to disable.
- Click the Turn Offbutton next to the product.
- Example: If you only sell the "Gildan 12200" but not "Gildan 1800," turn off the 1800.
- Changes are automatically saved.
Step 4: Assigning Best Sellers
- Navigate to your catalog listing (e.g., SNS, SanMar).
- Search for your top-selling products.
- Click the Best Seller button to highlight them.
- These products will now appear at the top of your product listing when creating a quote.
Step 5: Verifying Product Pricing
- Navigate to your catalog listing (e.g., SNS, SanMar).
- Search for the product (e.g., "Next Level 3600").
- Click View Product to check the wholesale pricing per size and color.
- Note that the system pulls from the base wholesale cost before additional discounts.
