Do I install The Print Life on my computer?
The Print Life is a web-based product which means that you do not download it to your computer. You access it through your web browser (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox). This means you can access your shop data using any device with an internet connection (phone, tablet, and laptop).
What payment processing service does The Print Life use?
At this time you need to have an account with Stripe, Square, Authorize.net. If you use Quickbooks Online you can connect Quickbooks under settings. After you have made the connection you can select the Quickbooks payment processor Under Payment Processors in the setting menu. PayPal is also available but you need to have a business license to integrate PayPal.
What if I have an embroidery shop, will The Print Life work for me?
You can invoice any product or service with our platform.
What Matrix type should I use for Direct To Film Printing?
DTF Pricing has not been standardized by the industry yet, but most users opt for the Per Item Matrix, or The Square Inch matrix for Direct to Film Pricing.
What is the cost?
We are charging $49 per month for all software features. Eventually, this price will go up but I’m keeping it low for as long as possible. And you are grandfathered in at the price you subscribed at until you cancel. If you cancel and sign up again you will be siging up at the current monthly rate.
How do I move a quote to production?
To proceed with moving a quote to production, a payment must be processed. This payment can be made in cash, in person, or online by the customer. Once the payment is completed, the quote will automatically convert into an invoice and appear on your production dashboard for further processing.

How do I set Product Pricing?
The Print Life, pulls the garment wholesale cost along with garment stock directly from S&S, SanMar, and Alphabroader and adds the custom percentage mark-up you set in the price matrix. The markup is applied to the base wholesale cost, and that price is displayed on the product catalog, quotes, and invoices.
How do I set up Automatic Orders? (Warning! You must be approved for terms for this to work)
The Print Life can be set up to order garments from S&S automatically, For this to work you must be approved for terms with S&S, A credit card on file will not work, the order will still be placed but the delivery driver will require a money order in the exact amount, if you don't have it on hand the driver will return the package to S&S

How do I submit mocks for approval?
you must upload a mock-up in all locations. once you have uploaded the mock-ups to each location for each project, an email will be sent to your customers asking them to review and approve the mocks.
when the customer approves the mocks by signing their name, the production status will change to Order Que Status.
